On the Compensation Scope of National Compensation

Abstract

Based on the fulfilling situation of National Compensation Law of The People's Republic of China, this paper points out some defects in itself, such as superfluous program, lacking compulsory execution measures, narrow national compensation etc. This paper mainly expounds the following two points: behavior scope of national compensation and tort scope of national compensation.
