Abstract
Objective To determine the amount of ursolic acid in Cynomorium songaricum and study the extracting technology to develop the extracting rate.Methods Employing the technology of Ultrasonic-assisted extraction and the method of orthogonal experiment the extracting technology of ursolic acid.Results The calibration curve was liner(r=0.999 8) in the range of 0.023 16~0.154 4 μg for ursolic acid.Precision degree RSD ﹤0.86%.The average recovery was 97.7% with RSD of 1.31%.The best extracting technology was got and the extracting rate reached 94.2%.Conclusion The technology can extract ursolic acid suffi ciently and develop the using rate of medicinal materials.
