Abstract
Objective To find the best extraction method of ursolic acid.Methods Four different solvents and five different methods were used to extract ursolic acid from fructus corni,and comparing their recovery rates and contents.Results The best method was the broken extraction with 95% alcohol.Conclusion This method not only has high contents and recovery rates but also can spare time,labour and so on.
