Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of salbutamol combined with budesonide inhalation in treatment of pediatric asthmatic pneumonia. Methods Selected 96 cases wheezing pneumonia from July 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into combined group and control group, 48 cases in each group, the control group on the basis of routine treatment with budesonide atomization inhalation treatment, combined group on the basis of the control group sand joint salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of, compared two groupsof treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 83.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, P0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Salbutamol combined with budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of Infantile Asthmatic Pneumonia can get a ideal therapeutic effect, in clinical application value.
