Nebulized Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol in Treatment of Pediatric Asthma Treatment Curative Effect Observation and Nursing

Objective:To investigate the budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric asthma clinical efficacy and nursing care.Methods:100 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group,while the control group adopted conventional treatment,the observation group in the control group based on the use of budesonide and salbutamol atomization inhalation treatment,compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total efficiency of 96% for the control group,the total efficiency of 82%,two group χ2=9.01,P0.01,with significant difference.Conclusions:Budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric asthma effect,less adverse reaction,worthy of clinical application.
