Diagnosis and Prognosis Value of the Serum CA125 and CA199 Detection in Patients with Epithelinl Ovarian Cancer

Objective To probe into the clinical of detecting CA125 and CA199 in diagnosis and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods Serum levels of CA125 and CA199 were measured by microparticle chemilum inescence method.Series of CA125 and CA199 detem ination for patients with epithelial ovarian cancer in three months were carried out to observe the relationship between CA125 and CA199 value and therapeutic efficacy.Results The levels of CA125 and CA199 in Ovarian Cancer were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor in ovarian cancer.The sensitivity of CA125 and CA199 were 71.9% and 42.8%.The sensitivity of combined detection of two markers was 85.7%.Conclusion The measurement of serum CA125 and CA199 in an effective method in the diagnosis and prognosis for patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.And the clinical value can be increased by the combined use of two marbers
