Abstract

Capital and market have brought the wide exchanges of social materials, relationship, demands and ability. In this situation people are getting more and more dependent on the society and all the people. One must live a public life if one wants to develop one's ability or meet one's needs. The core of public society includes freedom, equality, self-regarding and others. The ethic of citizen forms the cultural basis of public society and life and at the same time public society also demands the ethic of citizen. The ethic of citizen is a kind of public sense and value and its appearance comes from the surplus of cooperation.
