The concept of citizen is the particular concept of the citizen society.It clarifies the fairness and freedom among citizens.It also implies the fountainhead of citizens' right to the public power of the state.The citizen society can protect the individual citizen,and control and restrict the political state efficiently.Now the problems of the country,the agriculture and the farmers are given special attention by every Chinese citizen in the construction of harmonious society.It is not only about how to balance the society but also about how to develop the citizen society.Therefore,it is urgent for us to develop and further better our Chinese citizen society in the hope of having the problem of the country,the agriculture and the farmers virtually solved.
