Analysis on Nitrate Contamination of Vegetable in Suburbs of Jinhua

Abstract
The nitrate contamination of main vegetables in suburbs of Jinhua was investigated and evaluated with the standards convered from the maximum daily nitrate intake threshold issued by WHO/FAO.The results showed that the differences in nitrate accumulation occurred among species.Cultivars and parts of some vegetables were highly significant.Radishes accumulated the higher concentration of nitrates. The quantity of accumulated nitrate in different parts of vegetables show as follows:rootstemleaffruits.The evaluation of health was proposed on the basis of ADI Value.
