Correlation study of temperature on germination of Tongbai wild soybean seeds

The effect of different temperature on germinnation of Glycine soja was studied in the paper.The seeds which were soaked in 98% sulfuric acid(the treatment time of seed for 12 min) was incubated under the condition of 5 ℃、10 ℃、15 ℃、20 ℃、25 ℃、30 ℃.Seed germination rate,germination index and germination vigour were recorded.The results showsed that the optimum germination temperatures of Glycine soja ranged from 20 ℃~25 ℃ in 98% sulfuric acid will be helpful to germination of Glycine soja seed.
