Effect of Temperature on Germinnation of Wild Soybean

Abstract
The effect of temperature treatments on germination of wild soybean(Glycine soja) was studied in the paper.The seeds were soaked in 98% sulfuric acid for 20,30,40,50 and 60 minutes and grinded with sand respectively,then incubated under the condition of 5,10,15,20,25,30,35℃ and 25/15℃(day/night).Seed germination rate,germination index and germination vigour were recorded.The results showed that the optimum germination temperatures of wild soybean ranged from 15 to 30℃,and the treatment time of seed for 40 min in 98% sulfuric acid will be helpful to germination of wild soybean seed
