Abstract
Glycine soja is one of the Chinese extraordinary species, the wilding relative of planting soybean, mostly distributing in China, which is affirmed Ⅱ Protecting Plants. The effect of NaCl stress on seed germination characteristics of Glycine soja seeds was studied. The results indicated that germination rate(GE)、germination index(GI) and germination vigor index(GVI) decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration, while the treatment of low concentration of NaCl stimulated the seed germination. The growth of radical and plumule were greatly inhibited under NaCl stress, while the treatment of low concentration of NaCl stimulated the growth of radical. The plumule was more sensitive position to salt stress.
