Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of use in association of mifepristone with misoprostol in the patients of missed abortion.Methods The 45 cases of missed abortion were treated with association of mifepristone with misoprostol.First and second day,mifepristone(150mg,p.o.) were administered(50、25、50 and 25 mg,respectively,every other 12 h),third day misoprostol(600μg,p.o.) were administered,If need,4-6h late,added misoprostol(200 μg,p.o.).Results The rate of complete abortion was 91.11%,the rate of cleaning uterus and content of bleeding in vagina both were were significantly decreased in the Patients.Conclusion Use in association of mifepristone with misoprostol can significantly increase the rate of complete abortion and decrease adverse reactions in patients of missed abortion.
