Results The nursing satisfaction was 97.00%, the risk probability was 1.50% in observation group; The nursing satisfaction was 76.00%, the risk probability was 6.00% in the control group; Difference between two groups of data were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Risk management to improve the nursing service satisfaction and reduce the risk probability and it is worth of being generalized.
