Abstract
A simple, rapid, sensitive HPLC method has been developed for the determination of nicarbazin marker residue-4,4′-dintrocarbanilide in fishery products. The analytes were extracted by acetonitrile cleaned up by n-hexane.The quantification was performed with the external standard method. The recoveries of 4,4′-dintrocarbanilide were in the range of 81.7%~92.7% with spiked levels of 10~500 μg/kg.The intra-RSD and inter-RSD were less than 9.2% and 2.3%.The limit of detection was 10 μg/kg.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
