Bioactivity of Stellera chamaejasme L.against Sesamia inferens

Abstract

The extraction from the root of Stellera chamaejasme L.was tested for the bioactivity against larvae of Sesamia inferens .A kind of high active ingredient was isolated by dip,systematic extraction and chromatography.The results of research indicated that the AFC_(50) on the antifeedant activity is 274.21mg/L and the LC_(50)on poisonous activity is 181.39mg/L and 92.09mg/L.It is the base of the using the root of Stellera chamaejasme L against larvae of Sesamia inferens.
