Abstract
After the extraction of the root of Stellera chamaejasme(L) with ethanol by dip, a kind of active ingredient was isolated by dip, systematic extraction and chromatography. With the experiments, the results showed that the AFC_(50 )on the antifeedant activity is 154.5mg/L, the LC_(50 )on contact toxicity adopted dipping pest screening is 582.5mg/L. The extraction against the Larvae of Pieris rapae was investigated. This is the base of the using the Root of Stellera chamaejasme(L) for producing the unpollution plant pesticide.
