Analysis on the Coordination of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure——Taking Shanxi Province as an Example

Base on the statistical data from Shanxi Statistical Yearbook of the past years,by and by using two indicators of the structural deviation and the coordination coefficient between industrial structure and employment structure,this paper analyzed the coordination of Shanxi Province's industrial structure and employment structure,points out that Shanxi Province's industrial structure and employment structure is incoordinated,and in the light of the incoordination,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
