Industry Structure and Employment Structure Coordination Study of Hebei County Economy

With the rapid development of county economy,relationship of the industrial structure and employment structure becomes more and more important,the reasonable industrial structure and the employment structure is the important factor of the growth of county economy.This paper uses the data of 2001-2010 from Hebei Province Staeistical Yearbook,using the structure deviation degree analysis method,reveals the influence of the region industry structure upgrade of Hebei province to labour force employment.The paper analyzes problems in the process of industrial structure adjustment and expand employment barriers,puts forward the proposal how to promote benign development of employment structure.
