Abstract
Since reforming and opening-up it has analyzed and confirmed the industrial structure and employment structure of Shanxi Province besides its associated problems,On this basis,the paper puts forward its own proposal and thinking to the industrial policy and employment policy adjustment of Shanxi Province.
