The Plight and its Settlement of College English Teachers' Professional Development in National Regions

The deepening development of college English teaching reform puts forward new requirements for college English teachers' professional development in ethnic areas. However,the investigation results show that problems exist such as their low comprehensive quality;weak professional development consciousness,and the lacking of support system. After an interpretation of the causes,starting from the internal and external mechanism,it probes into the construction of teachers' professional development path,so as to improve teachers' quality,contribute to teacher's professional development.
