Analysis on the Career Development of College English Teachers during Transitional Period

In the backdrop of the global change,college English teachers' survival and the rationality of the existence has become an imminent problem,therefore,the characteristics of innovation that college English teachers' professional development focus on ideas to lead and mutual professional support,of,helps English teachers' professional development in our country reach a new height.This paper analyses the problems and challenges that college English teachers are faced with transition and puts forward some suggestions about future career development trend of college English teachers and their teaching team.
