The Research on Financial Support on the Upgradingof Cultural Industryin Hebei Province

Hebei Province has made the cultural industry as the focus of development in the Twelfth Five-Year Period.This paper analyzes the current development of cultural industries in Hebei Province and the gap between Hebei and other provinces,then gives the financial suggestions to supporting the upgrading of the cultural industry in Hebei Province from the following aspects as improving policy-oriented financial support system,building cultural industry investment information platform and cultural property rights trading system.
