A Study on the Countermeasures of the Development of Cultural Ecology and Creative Industry in Hebei Province in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Environment

At present, with the opportunity of transferring the non-capital functions of Beijing, it is the most important task to effectively promote the favourable development of cultural ecology and creative industries in Hebei Province under the new normal of economic development in the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In this article, I argue for a cultural ecology approach to cultural policy and governance, which focuses on collaboration, cooperation, coordination, co-creation, coexistence and cross-fertilizing of nature and humanities, and which goes beyond the logics of cultural administration, hierarchical government, and market rules and economic values Compared with the developed areas of Beijing and Tianjin, Hebei Province still has a big gap in the contribution of cultural ecology and creative industries to the economy and its proportion of industries. If want to achieve great development in the cultural ecology and creative industries, Hebei Province still needs the activation of effective policies and the guarantee of effective strategies. This paper draws lessons from the successful development cases of cultural ecology and creative industries in Paris and other foreign countries, and combines the actual situation of Hebei Province under the environment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region cooperation, and puts forward a good deal suggestions and ideas for the development of cultural ecology and creative industries in this province. Including breaking the traditional concept and the old-fashioned mode to set up a new modern cultural innovation, how to carry out the strategy of sustainable cultural innovation and development with the participation of the whole people from children, how to promote the marketization of cultural ecology and creative industries and the fairness and justice of enterprise evaluation strategy, and dynamic concerns about environmental protection and social effects at the same time of economic development and so on. These measures are proposed hoping to promote the smooth development of cultural ecology and creative industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative environment.
