Abstract

To develop rural cultural industry in Hebei Province is a systematic project and new research subject as well.It is an important move for building Hebei rural well-off society,harmonious society and a provincial power in coastal econmy.The advanced concept of rural cultural industry and a correct path will motivate the inner force of the rural cultural induslry and lead Hebei rural cultural industry to develop healthily and orderly,thereby forming a model of cultural industry development suited to rural characteristics in Hebei Province.
