Analgesic Effect of Lomoxicam,Propofol and Atropine during Induced Abortion

Objective To observe analgesic effect of combination of propofol,lomoxicam and atropine during the induced abortion.Methods 100 induced abortion cases were randomly divided into two groups: study group(50 cases) were intra-venous injected with lomxicam,propofol and atropine before operation,and control group(50 cases) were intravenous injected with fentanyl,propofol and atropine before operation.The analgesic effect,respiratory and circulatory system complications were observed in two groups.Results There was better analgesic effect in study group,the rate of good analgesic was 92%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05),but respiratory and circulatory system complications had no significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusions The analgesic effect of propofol,lomoxicam and atropine is satisfied for induced abortion.It's one way for the induced abortion analgesic.
