The clinical observation of Fentanyl with Atropine for ambulant analgesic abortion

Objective: To observe the analgesic effect of intravenous injection of Atropine with Fentanyl in induced abortion. Methods: 60 ASAⅠ Ⅱpregnant women were radomly divided into group A and B. Group A (n=30) was administrated only Fentanyl 0 1 mg/20 sec while group B (n=30) was administrated Fentanyl with Atropine. The results by visual analogue scale(VAS), the change of RR?SpO 2 and BP attack rate of induced abortion syndrome, and relaxation of tuba uterus.Results: Both group A and B satisfied the effect of analgesia. There were no changes of RR?SpO 2?BP . There was no induced abortion syndrome . There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0 05 ).Heart rate of group A dropped distinctly after administration and there is significant difference compared with group B (P0 01). Conclusion: Administration of Atropine with Fentanyl for induced abortion in ambulant is safe, effective and cheap,and patients can be easily accepted.
