Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating mixed hemorrhoidposto perative edema patients with diosmin tablets, and explore the effect of wound healing. Methods Choose from 2012 Aprit to 2014 October in Our hospital for treatment of74 cases mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema patients were randomly divided into a control group of 37 cases and an observation group of 37 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with antibiotic antiphlogistic and hemostatic agent;while patients in the observation group were treated with diosmin tablets. We observed the improvement of clinical symptomsafter surgery, and evaluated the change of symptoms score in pretherapy and post-treatment.We evaluated the pain with the VAS score, and calculated the rate of wound healing. Results Theedema were improved clearly after treatment, and the symptom scores went down clearly, the degree of change in the observation group was more pronounced(P0.05);The pain of the patients was relieved after treatment, and the VAS score declined clearly, the degree of change in the observation group was more pronounced(P 0.05);Therate of wound healing of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Treating mixed hemorrhoidposto perative edema patients with diosmin tablets has definite curative effect, can relieve the pain, speed up the wound heal-ing, which is worthy of further research and development.
