60 Cases of Postoperative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoid Treated by Diosmin

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of diosmin tablets on postoperation complications of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods A total of 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into two groups:diosmin treatment group(n=60)which were treated by diosmin tablets plus mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment and control group(n=60)which received vitamin C tablets instead of diosmin tablets.Results Diosmin tablets remarkably improved the postoperative symptoms in patients with mixed hemorrhoid,the effective rate of which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Diosmin tablets have a significant effect on treating the postoperation complications of mixed hemorrhoid,and can be used as one of the clinical conventional methods in patients undergoing hemorrhoidectomy.
