Clinical Effect of Diosmin Tablets in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Edema

Objective To study the mechanism and clinical effect of diosmin tablets in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative edema. Methods 118 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients in our hospital received operation treatment in September 2011 to November 2012, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group two groups completely,each group of patients were 59 cases. The control group underwent routine postoperative treatment, while on this basis, Diosmin adjuvant therapy was applied in the experimental group,to observe efficacy and statistical analysis. Results The experimental group after the treatment of edema, there were a total of 4 cases of patients,accounted for 6.78%,while the control group patients after the treatment with a total of 16 cases,the total of 27.12%. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of Diosmin tablets in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids is more substantial, without any adverse reaction,worthy of further study in clinical.
