Abstract

School-based curriculum development is a systematic project, which includes the important activities such as curriculum design, curriculum experiment, curriculum evaluation, and curriculum management, all of which are based on schools. The development of school-based curriculum must insist standardization, pay attention to the flexibility and emphasize innovation. Essential counter measures can be adopted in order to resolve contradiction in school-based curriculum development, that is, conducting project-research experiment, making and carrying out relevant policies and regulations and establishing an organization to support and supervise curriculum development.
