Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of triple therapy with the traditional Chinese medicine orally,plum-blossom needling plus cupping and TDP plus cold spray for the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into 5 groups(A,B,C,D,E):Group A were given traditional Chinese medicine orally,plum-blossom needling added cupping and cold hyperthermia;Group B with TCM orally and plum-blossom needle after cupping;Group C with TCM orally and cold hyperthermia;Group D with plum-blossom needling plus cupping and cold hyperthermia;Group E with TCM orally. Results:The total effective rate of group A was 90.0%,group B 80.0%,group C 75.0%,group D 70.0%,group E 45.0%.Conclusion:The efficacy of triple therapy is significantly better than that of the control group of traditional Chinese medicine and also better than the other two combined controls.
