Abstract
The government must undertake corresponding responsibility in order that the innovation of privatization can carry through smoothly.The governmental responsibility in privatization includes safeguarding public interests,establishing a monitoring mechanism,developing growth environment.We must strengthen and improve governmal responsibility in order to play the role of government better.Reinforcomg the governmental responsibility of the path includes establishing the concept of People-oriented and public interests,seting up the legal system of privatization,and ensuring extensive public participation in the mechanism.
