Analysis and Countermeasures of the Present Status of Investment in Hainan Human Resources

The key of building a new socialistic countryside is to increase the farmers' income. The best way to increasing the farmers' income is to raise the rural human capital. The increase of rural human capital is an important task which is concerned with the improvement of rural labor quality, living and employment conditions, and overall regional economy. The factors affecting the rural families' decision on investment in human capital in Hainan are analyzed. Some countermeasures and proposals for increasing the investment in human capital in Hainan are put forward.
