Some Analyses of the Economics about the Capital Investment of Human Resources and Farmers'Incomes in Guangxi Rural

In the era of knowledge economics,human capital has become the important resource and guarantee for science and technology development and the social and economic development,which is the decisive factor that affects people's incomes.At present,although Guangxi's economic construction has attained great achievements,its investments on human resources in rural areas lags behind,which leads to slow increase of farmers' incomes.In the perspective of economics,based on the research done by predecessors,the article analyzes by some examples both the capital investment of human resources and farmers incomes in Cuangxi rural.It concludes that the education of rural labors relates to farmers' rural per capita net income,while the lack of human resources stock contributes to low incomes among farmers.Finally,based on the current problems in the capital investment of Guangxi rural human resources,it puts forward reasonable suggestion and policy.
