A Study on How to Improve the Rural Human Capital and Cultivate New Peasants of China:A Case Study of Bazhong Prefecture

Presendy Bazhong Prefecture has constantly weeded through the old to bring forth the new in the construction of a new socialist countryside.Making use of their leadership,the local government has provided the human capital investment like technical training to improve the local human capital invest- ments in a short period of time,which has greatly increased the planting and cultivation level of the farm- ers,accelerated agricultural productivity and thereby improved agricultural production and farmers' in- come.Base on the case,from the perspective of improving human capital,the article emphasizes the im- portance of the rural human capital investment in cultivating new-type professional farmers.In addition, this article analyses the characteristics of the rural human capital investment and the current situation of China's rural human capital investment.Finally some suggestions in regard are brought forward.
