Abstract
Based on the relation between comprehensive agricultural development and water resources regulation, the standards for the construction of water resources projects in Jiangsu Province are put forward, including irrigation, water logging control, groundwater table decrease, field engineering, and conveyance system. In terms of differences in natural conditions, Jiangsu Province is divided into five regions. For each region, the focal point of water conservancy project construction, the layout and size of ditches, canals, and roads, and the suitable pattern of regulation are described respectively.
