Appraisal of Water Conservancy Construction Effects in Zhejiang Province Based on Nine Indexes

Water conservancy,as a foundational industry,has a direct relation with the national economy,especially agricultural production development.In recent years,there was a steady increase in the overall water project investments in Zhejiang;and,the water conservancy constraints on socioeconomic development has obviously alleviated.Based on nine indexes of water conservancy construction,the effects of water conservancy construction on the development of social economy during the 10 th five-year period in the province are appraised using factor analysis.The outcomes show that the effects of water conservancy construction have been improved significantly.
