EFFECTS OF PROMOTING BLOOD CIRCULATION,INVIGORATING SPLEEN,TONIFYING KIDNEY PRESCRIPTIONS ON CELLULAR PROLIFERATION OF COLONIC MUCOUS IN RATS AFTER MSC TRANSPLANTATION

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of promoting blood circulation,invigorating spleen,tonifying kidney prescriptions on cellular proliferation of colonic mucous after transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)from female rats' bone marrow.Methods:Female rats were given 5% 2,4,6-TNBs to induce colitis models.Rats of modeling were divided into model,MSC transplantation,promoting blood circulation,invigorating spleen,tonifying kidney groups,MSC were isolated from male rats' in vitro were injected into female rats by mice via tail veins on the second day.Each group was given the corresponding medicine,promoting blood circulation,invigorating spleen,tonifying kidney groups were respectively administered intragastrically taohong siwu decoction,shenling baizhu powder,jingui shenqi pill one time a day for 15 days.Proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)expression of colon tissue was determined by immunohistochemical method,the changes of cell cycle was tested by flow cytometry.Results:The proliferation index of promoting blood circulation group was obviously increased,cells' quantity at G0/1 stage was significant reduced,that at G2/M stage was increased,there was obvious difference between promoting blood circulation group and MSC transplantation group.Conclusion:The prescription of promoting blood circulation method-taohong siwu decoction can obviously promote cellular proliferation of colonic mucous after MSC transplantation in colitis rats.
