Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effects of combined with pliacoemulsifcation, lens implantation and trabeculectomy for the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods 92 Patients(92 eyes) with glaucoma and cataract were treated with phacoemulsification, lens implantation and trabeculectomy. The changes of postoperative intraocular pressure, vision and filtering bleb were observed.Followed-up was 3~6 months. Results Postoperative intraocular pressure were reduced to a mean of(14.37 ±5.38)mm Hg.Postoperative corrected visual acuity were≥0.4,39 eyes(84.78%).The success rate of functional filtering blebs was 89.13%.Conclusions Combined phacoemulsification lens implantation and trabeculectomy is an effective method for the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract.
