Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of the nerve block in intervertehral fora- men combined with lytic acupotomy in intervertebral outside foramen for the treatment of lumbar in- tervertebral disc herniation. Methods Two hundred patients with lumbar intervertebral disk hernia- tion were randomly divided into observe group and controll group. In observe group, patients were treated with nerve block in intervertebral foramen and lyric acupotomy in intervertebral outside fora- men.In the control group, patients were treated by nerve block in intervertebral foramen. The clini- cal effects were observed after 1 month,3 months and 6 months. Results The excellent and good rates after 1 months in observe group(92.2%,95/103 cases)were obviously much better than that in control groups(81.4%,79/97 cases)(P0.05).The effective rates after 3 months and 6 months in observe group(92.2%,94/102 cases;90.2%,92/102 cases)were obviously better than that in control groups respectively(78.4%,76/97 cases;76.3%,74/97 cases)(P0.01). Conclusion Nerve block in intervertebral foramen and intervertebral outside foramen with lytic acu- potomy for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disk herniation is obviously effective and safe than the nerve block only.
