Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of acupotomy nerve root release and nerve block for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation guided by CT.Methods Eighty-six patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into test group(treated by acupotomy nerve root release combined with nerve block) and control group(nerve block treated merely). The effect of two groups were compared at 7-10 days,3 months,6 months after treatment. Results The test group had better effect than control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy nerve root release combined with nerve block, which work quickly, easy to operation,is an effective and low risk treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
