Abstract
Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation nursing effect for stroke patients. Methods One hundred and eight patients with stroke were selected in the hospital from April 2009 to February 2012, who were randomly divided into two groups. 54 patients used conventional care in the treatment as control group, 54 patients used early rehabilitation nursing in the treatment as observation group. Fugl-Meyer score, Barthel index, neural function defect score and HAMD score were compared between two groups after nursing intervention for 4 weeks. Results Fugl-Meyer score, Barthel index in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. Neural function defect score, HAMD score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the difference were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can improve clinical symptoms of cerebral apoplexy patients, which can also improve patients' daily life ability and the quality of life. That can relieve patients' depression and worthy of clinical promotion use.
