Comparison of application effect of different mode of neural rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients

Objective To investigate the effective nursing methods and the effect of neural rehabilitation in stroke pa-tients.Methods In our hospital from December 2012 to August 2013 70 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group the and control group , the control group was received routine nursing , the observation group was adopted omni -directional comprehen-sive nursing, positive psychology and rehabilitation , rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results The rehabilitation positive score after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group , the anxiety, depression scores were lower than those in the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Barthel index and MMSE score after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group , the neurological deficit score was lower than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Comprehensive nursing is pattern conforms to the nursing program , it is used to meet the physical and psychological needs of stroke pa-tients in a period of rehabilitation to improve the rehabilitation effect.
