Early psychological nursing on patients with cerebral apoplexy rehabilitation of neural function of stimulative effect observation

Objective To observe the effect of early psychological nursing on stroke rehabilitation of neural function in the promotion.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group,two groups were given neuropsychological rehabilitation and neurological routine drug treatment,the observation group combined with psychological nursing therapy.Treatment for patients with Fugl-Meyer after January movement function score,Barthel index and HAMD score evaluation.Results After 1 months of treatment,two groups of Fugl-Meyer motor function score,the Barthel index are improved to different extent,comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);HAMD score in observation group than in the control group were significantly lower,comparison group,the difference has statistical significance(P0.01).Conclusion The early rehabilitation for stroke patients can significantly improve the motor function and activities of daily living,psychological nursing on the patients with cerebral apoplexy in early stage rehabilitation of neural function has the effect of promoting.
