To Improve the Reform in Higher Education with Human-Oriented Characteristics

Abstract

The modern teaching management theories,peopleoriented,are summarized and discussed in this article.It states that the theory of management and service with education is important in the process of teaching management.And it proposes that the teaching management level should be improved according to appropriate reform of teaching management pattern,teaching quality monitoring system,and teaching management measure and research direction of teaching management.
