Abstract

With the development of the science and technology and the knowledge economy, the demand of talent is higher and higher in the modern society . This paper analyses the main problems of traditional management teaching from the aspects of teaching and examination such as the singular teaching and exam method and imperfect teaching contents. On that basis the article brings in the reform measures. That is the teachers must pay attention to enrich the teaching and exam method etc.
