Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofSanjie Zhentong Decoctionin the treatment of endometriosis with infertility. Methods Eighty-four subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 42 cases were treated withSanjie Zhentong Decoctionand control group in which 42 cases was given gestrinone, with a course of six months. The clinical efficacy, endometrial antibody titer change,post-treatment pregnancy and adverse reactions were observed. Results The overall effective rate was 78.57% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group(P0.05);after treatment, the antibody-positive rates were decreased(P0.05) and antibody-negative rates increased(P0.05) in both groups, with no difference between the two groups(P0.05).There was no difference in the pregnancy rate and relapse rate between the two groups(P0.05);the rate of adverse reactions was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Sanjie Zhentong Decoctionis effective and safe for endometriosis with infertility.
