Clinical Observing of 83 Cases Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated by Sanjie Zhentong Capsule

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Sanjie Zhentong capsule in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Method: 167 patients were divided into treatment group(given sanjie analgesia capsule) and control group(given indomethacin) randomly.Then compared therapeutic efficacy and adverse drug reactions between two groups.Result: There were differences between two groups in cure rate and total effective rate;The incidence of adverse drug reactions of treatment group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion: There are higher cure rate and total effective rate but lower incidence of adverse drug reactions of Sanjie Zhentong Capsule in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
