Abstract

In order to build the harmonious society and enterprises,trade union work should be developed and blazed new trails.Facing the history and facts of labor problems,trade union organizations give full play to the role of a bridge.What’s more,the article explores how to constantly bring forth new ideas in the values,methods,service contents,roles and functions of trade union work in the views of industrial social work.
